Raloxifene

Raloxifene, marketed under brand names like Evista, is a Selective Estrogen Receptor Modulator (SERM) originally developed to treat and prevent osteoporosis in postmenopausal women. In the performance-enhancing community, it has become increasingly recognized as a highly effective treatment for gynecomastia (gyno) — especially in reversing existing glandular tissue during or after anabolic steroid use.
Unlike Nolvadex (Tamoxifen), which is often used in PCT or for estrogen blocking, Raloxifene may offer stronger breast tissue selectivity, making it more effective for reversing established gyno — particularly in early to moderate stages.
