Nolvadex

Nolvadex, the brand name for Tamoxifen Citrate, is a Selective Estrogen Receptor Modulator (SERM) used medically to treat estrogen-receptor-positive breast cancer, and in the performance-enhancing world, it plays a key role in post-cycle therapy (PCT) and estrogen control during anabolic steroid use.
Nolvadex works by blocking estrogen receptors in target tissues like the breast, helping to prevent and treat gynecomastia (gyno), and stimulating natural testosterone production by increasing LH and FSH levels. Unlike aromatase inhibitors, it doesn’t lower estrogen levels systemically but rather prevents estrogen from binding where it’s unwanted.
